Return & Exchange Policy

At RomRos, we want you to feel confident and comfortable. Due to the personal nature of our products (shapewear), we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety of all our customers and we dont accept returns, however we do accept on waist trainers only if they eligible under our conditions.

We take pride in our quality so we offer a full refund to your original payment method only for manufacturing defects.

Have 10 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund. After 10 days, all sales are final.

2. Condition of the Items.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed: No scents (perfume/deodorant), stains, or signs of wear.

  • Original Packaging: All tags must be attached and the item must be in its original bag.

  • Hygiene Strips: If applicable, the hygiene seal must be intact. 

  • Note: Any item received in poor condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

4. Shipping Costs.

  • Customer Responsibility: All shipping costs for returning the item to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Initial Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. How to Start a Return.

Please email us through contact window with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide the return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items Clause.

Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. For your protection and ours, we highly recommend filming an 'unboxing video' as you open your package for the first time. Any claims for manufacturing defects or missing items must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery (as marked by the carrier tracking). After this 24-hour window, RomRos cannot be held responsible for reported damages, as they may be attributed to improper fitting or handling.
